Bring Legacy Sensor Signals to the Cloud for Better Insights about Your Machine’s Health.
Monitor System Temperature and Set Up Alerts in Banner CDS. Powerful Temperature Monitoring Made Easy
Knowing when your system temperature is too high or too low allows you to optimize your application for optimal performance. For example, a company wants to receive alerts when temperatures of critical assets goes too high or too low.
The Banner M18T is a compact non-contact temperature sensor and is ideal for a variety of applications such as monitoring surface temperature and forewarning of overheating parts. With Snap Signal you can bring this valuable temperature data to the cloud for data driven insights. Speed-up and simplify installation by transforming values from your temperature sensor to a serial format using a SNAP SIGNAL converter. Your signals are then gathered via a network of cordsets and terminated at the DXMR90 controller. The data can then be sent to the cloud for consumption, data dashboarding, and setting up email and text alerts to optimize your application. Do all of this without having to change your systems sensors, or existing control system by using converters, and DXMR90 controller to create an overlay architecture with easy to implement splitters and M12 cordsets.
